It will be limited to 1 hour and hopefully answer any questions you have regarding the OSHA 300, OSHA 300A and the electronic reporting on the Injury Tracking Application on OSHA’s web portal. The OSHA Record Keeping Rule requires employers keep records of all work-related injuries and illnesses. This includes the OSHA 300 and 300A that employers must have on file. The OSHA 300A must be posted from Feb 1 – Apr 30.
You are also required to enter your 2022 Injury and Illness data on the OSHA Web Portal. The data entered electronically is essentially the same data contained in the OSHA 300A form. The deadline for electronic submission is March 2, 2022.
