We have received calls from several gins that have gone through the process of obtaining the mismatch names from the Social Security Administration Business Services Online system (SSA BSO), but when they get to the screen that is supposed to show the names, there are no names listed.  It turns out that if you did not originally request the services “Report Wages to Social Security” and “View Name and Social Security Number Errors” when you originally signed up, you have to add these services later.  If you added these services later, then you will get a second authorization code about a week later.  When you put this second code into the system, you will be able to see the names.
